We have been patients of this office since they opened. Very happy with the staff. Appointments are never rushed and all questions are answered.
Every since my doctor left this company it has gone to hell! I am now out of all my medication because the new yt md said that she doesn’t feel comfortable prescribing me medication that I have been on over a year. And on top of that they can seem to get a simple PA done for my insulin! I have been without my INSULIN for 2 weeks. This place in my opinion is going to cause someone’s death soon. If you care about your health find somewhere else to go. They will waste your time! Especially at the woodbine location.
Initial visit went great. The follow up however has been poor. After my initial assessment, they sent me next door to Southeast for imaging “stat” (immediate/urgent). The order they sent to radiology was for a CT scan for a part of my body that was not in question. Had to wait while they called back to CCH to get the order changed. Then after the imaging I was told I would get a call in an hour. After 48 hours of calling CCH for results they told me I needed to ask radiology to send the report over. There is a major problem at the St. Marys office. The front desk girls are not friendly, or helpful. They won't let you make appts. they claim that the spots are full everyday. For the LOVE OF GOD can yall please get somebody in the St. Marys office that's not trying to gatekeep..I heard one of them tell a co-worker she wasn't making an appointmet for a patient because all they wanted was pain meds. That's sad!!! Folks don't realize that you will reap what you sow...Lord help us!!
My provider Ms. Donna is amazing. She is so attentive to my medical needs. I'm so grateful for her.
