Absolutely awesome from the phones to the Doc. They take there time to listen to your concerns. The young lady who took not only my call to schedule but at the front desk provided OUSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Ms. Twana yes I am speaking about you thank you for charisma and your willingness to help your knowledge while we what we to be seen, and providing a beautiful smile when first walk in. Being that you are the First person we see you make the experience that more welcoming and enjoyable you represent the company well.
I've been going to coastal community health now for 5 months. They are by far the best doctors office I've ever been to. Dr.Gray is the most compassionate doctor to go see, her and all of her staff are super friendly, very caring and always concerned about your health. Their very attentive and meet all of your personal needs. I highly recommend them. I'm grateful to have her now as my primary care doctor ❤️
Very poor customer service. Had an appointment on Monday and was told my prescription would be filled by the end of the day. Followed up Tuesday because it was not filled and was told the person in charge of sending it over was out Monday and it would be filled by the end of the day Tuesday. Called again Wednesday and received another excuse why it wasn't done yet. Thursday and Friday they just ignored my calls until I went into the office to talk to someone directly.
