I needed a referral to see a neurologist for medical issues and have been repeatedly asking for 6 months with no referral sent. They kept saying that they sent it to their referral office, but it was never sent. I called the neurologist to see if they got the referral and two weeks after I was told the referral was going to be sent, I was told by the neurologist front desk staff that they don't have a referral for me. Sent us to the wrong pharmacy in Brunswick when it was actually sent to hinesville. My partner has the flu and we have been trying to get his medicine all day. Staff was friendly though.
This place is no good they wanted me to come in pay them just to get a referral to see another Dr back home seen one Dr covered my meds y'all suck
I needed blood drawn and was stuck twice by someone that was very incompetent. Then told to go to another facility 30 mins away In Brunswick because Townsend office didn’t have butterfly needles WHY? Very upset that Mcintoch County put a nice building in an area that was truly needed and put employees in there not doing their job. They never answer the phones nor return any😡.
