The staff at Coastal Community Credit Union have gone above and beyond to make me feel welcome in their branches and this city. I sincerely appreciate all of the kind help they've shown me while organizing my finances and getting my future on track. Thank you one and all for putting the heart back into relational business! So fortunate to have you in our community.

I am a credit union member of 40 years. Just not at this branch. Went in withdrew funds from ATM. Needed 2 fives and a ten went in to teller and was refused because I'm not a member of this particular branch.The ATM was friendlier. Perhaps they should replace the tellers with atms. Left a polite message with contact details but have yet to receive a reply. I wont be telling my grandson to become a member of an organization which is behind the times.
