Great value for money. Remote check in friendly
Disappointed We booked & paid $195 for a WATERVIEW room at Coastal Comfort Motel through Flight Centre on the 9th April 2025 for a one night stay on the 9th JULY 2025, (3 months prebooked). When we arrived on the 9th of July, they booked us into unit 1, that smelt of Vomit, bed under window with shear curtains looking out to carpark. Unit at front of complex, closest to road & NO WATER VIEW. I asked for the better room we paid for & was told NO they were fully booked. This hotel is truly excellent. I accidentally left some belongings behind, and the hotel staff kindly helped arrange express delivery for me. The stay was wonderful — the view was stunning, and the overall experience made my trip even better. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time. Highly recommended!
