I had to completely replace my HVAC! Derrick at Coastal AC provided Wonderful service!!!! Showed up on time and got it all done in 1 day!!! Derrick is a great guy and I couldn’t recommend him more!! And they laid tarps down and cleaned everything up! Great job, I truly appreciate it!
Derrick answered our call during this current heat wave to come to our house and check out why our AC had suddenly stopped working. He arrived at the promised time and quickly diagnosed the problem. It was a burned out motor in the attic and some peripherals. He contacted his supplier and the order was ready for pickup the next day. He was back at our house in the morning at 8:00am and promptly had the AC working again. We were very please with his friendliness and professional demeanor and how smoothly everything went. If I could give more stars I would. Derrick went above and beyond to check my AC unit. After I got a ridiculous quote (17k) from another company (and one that was completely wrong), Derrick found the real issue and fixed it. He upgraded our thermostats, ordered us the correct size filters and gave us a lesson in keeping our units running properly. I can not say enough good things about him. He was a life saver during this incredibly hot season!
Awesome company. Very through and knowledgeable. Love the work they did. Would recommend them. Plus local businesses. Very attentive and friendly
The owner came by the next day and fixed my ac issues and was reasonably priced. He is honest & straightforward which I appreciate! Thank you!
