I called with problems with my ac unit cutting off and not cooling the house properly. After a short explanation of what was happening the man explained how it was a drain float and walked me through what to do. I am so grateful for not taking advantage and charging me a house call. I didn’t think this kind of friendly and honest company existed. I will definitely call Coastal comfort for any future needs. Highly recommended.
Great staff, quick response, knowledgeable and efficient. Joey, the tech, is really friendly and knows his stuff! He's great at explaining what he's doing so you really understand what's happening and how to effectively maintain your system. So glad I found them to install my system and provide service as needed. Would definitely recommend them.
