It’s Absolutely disgusting that they allow their tow drivers to load a video of peoples worst moments. While still on scene of the crash to social media for 3 seconds of attention! A tow driver loaded a video of my son car at the crash scene, I saw this video about an hour before the phone call to say he was dead! Imagine the panic of not being sure it was my sons car, not being able to contact him, not knowing if he is alive, thats is exactly what you’re allowing your drivers to do to another family! We chose this repairer through our insurer. The insurer and repairer arranged a drop-off time between themselves - we were only notified the night before, and nobody had checked that we could actually attend. When we raised this, the response was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. Was told notifying us was “a COURTESY” (yes, in capital letters), yet offered no workable alternative and showed no interest in understanding our situation. We took our vehicle elsewhere.
