We used them for our two rental properties and when we had issues with the pools during a rental they were unresponsive or would be rude on the phone with my wife. They actually told her they only make money when they replace equipment. He should increase his prices so that he could make money and not treat his customers so rudely.

I couldnt be happier with this company and the crew. Spend alot of time 2 xs a week with the pool. I am seasonal and I see they are always there on time and if they miss a day its due to illness but make up foe it the next day. Thinking of all the people i have been through.. took advantage of me and didnt do what they ask..this company is in time, chemicals used and tested, filters cleaned bi yearly and plenty of time spent in the pool. Just learned that my pool has not been properly maintained by Coastal Clear, probably for years. I have a saltwater system that is not operating properly and I now have high pH concentrations in my pool that has caused damage to the pool equipment. I trusted this firm and they took my money and never conducted the services promised. Very unfortunate.

I would give them a minus 5 stars if I could ! This company took care of our home long before we bought it so we trusted them to maintain the pool correctly. When my grandson kept getting a rash when he swam at our house, we realized that they were not utilizing our salt water system but were putting in high levels of liquid chlorine and acid without even telling us, then tried to cover up by lying about it when I asked them. They clearly didn’t want to pay for the salt so they used cheap liquid chlorine. Don’t trust them!!!
