Worse shop out there. Be aware. 15 years in business and only 19 reviews. I'm a business owner too and you can just buy those reviews from Google, until you have hundreds of reviews. That the 4....something. The trick they pull is, I won't tell you what anything costs and I won't tell you anything needs, tell us what you want done and we will overcharged you when you pick it up. I called Coastal Classics, but they never got back to me, so I brought it to a local service st... read more
What I thought was a good idea, having Coastal Classic do a mostly mechanical freshening up to my vehicle. Not a total restoration or near one. I was very wrong! After a total of 14 ½ months, most of that the truck sitting outside not being touched, and approximately $45,000 invested I got it back. Having it home and using it a little I noticed some issues not only with some of their work but also with things that always were ok but now not. I put together a list, made an appointment to have the vehicle looked at and drop it... read more
