Coastal chiro & wellness is phenomenal. Dr Mirante and his team have helped me so much over the past year with my TMJ disorder and body alignment difficulties. The initial exam was comprehensive, each visit is straightforward and efficient, and the entire staff is incredibly knowledgeable and always welcoming. They are family friendly, and it is evident that they have a focus on whole body wellness. Coastal has far exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend them.
The entire staff is always kind and respectful. The doctors take the time to listen to your needs and provide immediate feedback.
I came in for help with TMJ pain that had been bothering me for years, and the difference after eight weeks has been incredible. All three chiropractors take their time to explain treatment and talk with you during each adjustment. Everyone you meet; the doctors, Meg, Kate, all the front desk staff are exceptional! My jaw tension and headaches have decreased dramatically — finally!

I didn’t know how serious the injury was until I saw the X-ray. I couldn’t believe how I neglected it for so long. Dr. Mirante explained what needed to be done, how long it would take and gave me an adjustment schedule. His team gave me a list of exercises to perform, some tailored for my personal condition.
