Bob and Josh did a fantastic job cleaning mold off of 128 upholstered church chairs. I was primarily concerned with the method of cleaning the chairs with it being mold when I was looking for someone to clean them. Bob was super friendly and explained their cleaning process very well. The mold was gone from the chairs, and they were dry completely within an hour! I would not want to use anyone else for carpet or upholstery cleaning. Thanks, Bob!
If you're wondering whether you should book or not, you absolutely should! Bob and Josh from Coastal Chem-Dry are amazing. They were early, great communicators, kind, and took the time to explain the whole process to me. Best of all, they did a fantastic job cleaning the carpets, they look brand new! I will definitely be using them again.
Bob and Josh at Coastal Chem-Dry were absolutely wonderful to work with! Bob gave me a quote over the phone, but when he arrived and saw that one of the upholstered pieces was actually smaller than I had described, he lowered the price. Bob and Josh were phenomenal!!! Great customer service and a job well done. 250 chairs done with a smile. Chairs were dry within 2 hours just like it was explained and no water on the carpet!!!
