I feel this facility is ran by many people who claim they are understanding and nonjudgmental yet when it comes down to the class they lable you under whatever your in class for like domestic violence even if your case wasn't even related to domestic anything. Its rude and quiet frankly unprofessional. If the system wants people to better themselves and actually feel like they improved after attending such classes then I would suggest not talking down to or laying labels on anyone. Candice king has been nothing but disrespectful. I don’t understand how they have people like her working. I would call several times a day just to get a hold of her and she would be very rude. I couldn’t get my paperwork because of her. I hope she gets mental health treatment because she seems like she hates her job and life. I tried to switch the case worker but they said I can’t.
I would give this establishment 0 stars!! Not only was the person incredibly rude and unprofessional over the phone she was even more unpleasant in person. Denise was also rude to other clients that came in, along with completely inappropriate conversations.
The $150 dollar upfront evaluation fee has to be paid in full. my predisposition about this place expected a negative outcome; I figured this place is just another piece of the judicial cog; you have to pay this fee in full or you will be noncompliant with the courts. consequently, they can throw you in jail for noncompliance. Meaning, if one is unable to pay $150 in full because of indigence, you can still be thrown in jail; punishing the poor for being poor.
