1. The person acted like I was stupid because I could not read their punched out and broken screen to choose a wash option. 2. I was an inconvenience because I asked the differences in car washes. 3. The vacuums didn't work--as in would not even suck a small leaf.
Didn’t wash anything off and the vacuums don’t work. Total waste of money…my water hose would have done more.
Do not swipe your credit or debit card at Coastal Car wash as they will try to use your personal information again in the future and charge you again without your permission! Right before Christmas, I was wondering why I saw a charge on my account despite my not using their car wash in about 2-3 weeks (which was broken at that time anyway). We called immediately to complain and they told us that their system could not reimburse us despite the fact that we had not recently used their car wash in the last several weeks. DO NOT COME HERE! Back in its prime they scratched my husband's BRAND NEW rims on his F150 (classy adult) fast forward to most recent days; I went in on a Sat to touchless wash, paid for the highest level ($16) & absolutely nothing!!
