Definite 5 star service by Bob. Picked up my EZ-GO golf cart. Listened to my description of its steering problem. Bob then did an inspection of the cart with me. I was very comfortable with his evaluation and explained it to me so I knew the possible problems and fixes. He also said he would do a general, overall inspection and call me with any problems that may need to be addressed. Bottom line he did what he said. Excellent service. Just picked up a flip conversion kit for my EZ GO. Installed it yesterday. It is high quality, all the parts matched up as described and Bob was cool to deal with

I just bought a golf cart with a bed in the back for my husband's birthday. Bob helped me pick out the best cart and delivered it while we were out so it would be a surprise. Service is excellent, great communication and quality product. I highly recommend Coastal Carts
