I checked all over for carts and went with Coastal Carts. Doug Reynolds was fantastic to deal with and with rate him an all star! The staff were always friendly and helpful and I look forward to working with them in the future. Go there!!! The products and service and staff are great!!
Great experience purchasing our EPIC E40 golf cart. The red and black is especially cool. We added the under carriage lights too. Thank you Cory you were an awesome Sales Manager and Doug you guys worked it out to secure the color we wanted had it delivered within 48hrs… just in time for our Christmas party. My daughter also purchased the same only in black and again we are thrilled.
They took my credit card for rental for golf cart, flew from Portland Oregon to Florida and set a date for when we arrived, called them, they totally dropped the ball and the two guys that run the fort myers location are so unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. I would never recommend this location for any type of business with golf carts.
We recently purchased a new golf cart from Doug and Corey. Could not be happier with how we were treated by both of them. Obviously they are doing a great job as we witnessed other people buying while we were there as well. This was not our first stop… so we witnessed quite a bit. I would highly recommend going to Coastal Carts if you’re in the market, love our new toy!!
We purchased our refurbished Yamaha golf cart from Doug back in 2012. With proper maintenance we have enjoyed our cart. Replaced our acid batteries several times over the years and Doug was always great to deal with. As snowbirds this year I called Doug and upgraded our batteries to lithium batteries. Coastal Carts picked up our cart replaced the batteries and we got new tires. The mechanic noticed a bearing on the rear axel needed replacing and completed that.
