One evening my wife and I were discussing getting her mother’s carpet cleaned and she discovered Coastal Carpet Cleaning. Google Maps had them listed as open 24 hours. It being nearly 7 PM she called to leave a message. To her surprise CCC answered and she was able to schedule a cleaning. Scheduling was very easy and quick. Coastal Carpet Cleaning has been a blessing to our business when I call they always accommodate us. They also make sure that it’s done right and if not they will come back.
I requested a carpet cleaning Saturday Morning. Matthew confirmed they'd be out that day between 9am-11am. The day before I received a confirmation text saying they'd be there between 2-3pm. After explaining we needed it done in the morning, they told me it was a typo, and they would indeed be here between 9am-11am.
