Coastal carpet was very flexible with appointment times. They will accommodate your schedule and show up on time. They will complete the job in a timely manner. They were very professional ,neat and did a beautiful job getting my carpet clean. I was very pleased with the job they did.

Very professional and courteous. When I contacted Coastal Carpet Care, the office I worked for had never had their carpets cleaned nor the tiles striped and rewaxed. Matthew came out to inspect and give us an estimate. He asked all the right questions and explained everything thoroughly. One evening my wife and I were discussing getting her mother’s carpet cleaned and she discovered Coastal Carpet Cleaning. Google Maps had them listed as open 24 hours. It being nearly 7 PM she called to leave a message. To her surprise CCC answered and she was able to schedule a cleaning. Scheduling was very easy and quick.
