Fantastic Experience! From making the 1st appointment, to the great ladies at the front desk, the caring nurse, to the best part, Dr. Rosner. The entire staff is caring, knowledgeable and quick. Dr. Rosner is extremely professional and at the same time has the perfect bedside manner. He immediately found what illness I had and came up with a game plan. Within days I was better and pain free. I highly recommend this terrific staff and Dr. Rosner!
Never got to see Dr. Putnam. I was advised by front office staff the audiologist called in sick and I could not see the Dr without the test. I made this appointment weeks ago as I am having severe ear pain. Noone called to tell me not to come in. Despite driving to the office and advising I have been experiencing ear pain, I was advised the next appointment was not until May. REALLY? It took weeks to get an appointment, the audiologist calls in sick, I am in pain and the best they can offer is a May appointment?? Total unpro... read more
