I would not recommend this office for those suffering from TMJ. I warned the doctor and staff three times about my jaw: not being able to open wide, worried it would get locked during surgery, it locking in the past. It seems as if I was rushed out of my procedure. My fiance said I was back there less than 20 minutes (even though I paid for 3x 15min intervals of anesthesia). The doctor was great but Rennie the receptionist has the nasty attitude rude and insensitive individual I have ever met and Jennifer the one who does the scheduling she could use a course in management and manners, those two are horrible very nasty individuals.

Office and nursing staff was so kind when I had my impacted wisdom teeth removed here a few years ago. The extraction itself went as expected but, the complications and aftercare following the procedure turned the experience into something far more difficult than it should have been. I was left with large openings in my gums, the clots never formed properly, and I developed severe dry socket. There are not enough words to describe the excellent experience I had with Dr. Arne himself, as well as everyone I had an encounter with there; and that includes the administrative personnel at the front desk. Getting good customer service in some places, has become a rarity. So I dare not pass the opportunity to compliment EXCELLENCY!!! On a scale from 1-10, they're definitely a 20.
