Dr. Cofer and staff are amazing. I've had 3 extractions and implants done with him and his team. They take the time to put you at ease, answer all questions and never make you feel like you are just another patient walking in the door. I can't give a higher recommendation to a specialist than that.
Absolutely amazing experience! Dr. Ekhert and Karen were able to calm my daughters nerves and walk her through the process. She has autism and can get overwhelmed very easily. They handled her with such grace and care. All the nerves she had the night prior melted away once she spoke to them and they kept her informed. I couldnt ask for a better experience.
Being a big wuss I needed to be asleep when my top 2 wisdom teeth were pulled. Dr. Johnson pulled my teeth and sent me home with some pain meds. I was ready for pain and swelling. Had none. Didn't need the pills. After residual bleeding there was no discomfort. Went to dinner the next day. Not saying everyone will have this experience but for me it was perfect. Beautiful office and everyone was wonderful. Highly recommend!

I had an impacted wisdom tooth (growing sideways) that at 60 years of age started hurting. My dentist referred me to Dr. Adams at Coastal Carolina Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery stressing to me how good the practice is. My dentist knows that I'm a baby when it comes to dental work and people told me the older you are at removal the longer recovery can be. My experience with Dr. Adams could not have been any better.
