I made my appointment with Whitney. She was fabulous, polite, professional and kind. I then met Dr. Maxwell. He was explanatory and most of all gave me comfort and reassurance. I felt immediately cared for and safe. His nurse, Dawn was exactly the same. The entire team are the epitome of what you want in a surgeon and their team. Thee office is calm, you feel good not frightened. The entire experience was pleasant. I feel blessed as their patient. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
Dr. Cofer was kind, clear in his communication, and extremely competent when he extracted my wisdom tooth today. At 83 years of age, this was my last wisdom tooth to go and by far the best dental experience I've ever had. Receiving the anesthetic and having the tooth pulled were all completely painless, with only local anesthesia. Thank you Dr. Cofer and Deb, your assistant!
I am so blessed God sent me an angle in the form of a maxillofacial surgeon. I was told by a surgeon Dr Temple that I had Osteonecrosis of my jaw bone. Set up surgery for the next week. I was sent another angle by the name of Dr Palmer Law. Who is a Dental Surgeon and Dental malpractice attorney. She advised me to not have that surgery and called Dr Aker on my behalf. I have been treated by several oral surgeons and I have to say that Dr. Elliott Maxwell is the Best!
Maybe one of my best experiences in a dental office. The Team of Dr. Aycock, Bridget, Lily & Becky were awesome. From my first visit to review the issue to the second visit for my procedure they were professional, friendly and made me feel very relaxed. Procedure was not painful at all, and they explained in detail what they needed to do. I received a follow up on the SUNDAY after my procedure to see if I was having any issues.
