My wife Lauretta was seen by Dr. C. Elliott Maxwell, she's doing great, also received two call backs to see how she was doing. We recommend Dr. Maxwell.
The care I received was exceptionally good. The sedation worked perfectly & I have had very little pain. The first day of the surgery I took extra strength Tylenol twice. The second day I did not need any pain medication.I highly recommend Dr. Aycock & all the doctors at Coastal Carolina oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.
Was with my husband when he had an extraction with IV sedation on Friday, June 26th. When I was taken to the back to prepare to take him home, I was very happy to see that the nurse attending him was friendly and funny and knew just what to say to put us both at ease. Job well done!

Dr Aycock and Becky were great had 3 teeth removed they talked me through it very little pain I'm very happy that I had them take care of me there the best thanks for being so nice
