very knowledgeable about what he would do but that never happened, completely ghosted me. would not return text or voice mails, completely uncalled for and unprofessional
I was losing about 1” of water per day from my fiberglass pool and was referred to Leak Locators by a neighbor. Owner Kenny was able to find and repair 3 leaks in fittings and the skimmer. He had to return a few times but was determined to make sure I was happy with his work. I highly recommend him.
I had planned to refinish my concrete pool using Ecofinish with Hampstead Pools who then referred me to Leak Locators to check for leaks before refinishing the pool given the large crack in the pool. This company came to home spent some quality time detecting the leaks. The gentleman was professional and knowledgeable and very honest about how busy they were.
