One of the best Doctors Office out there. Super easy to call and get things figured out. My only complaint about this place is that I wished they were open longer on Fridays. Other than that no real issues. My doctor is Dr. Sydney Lowe and she is absolutely fantastic. A beautiful soul who genuinely cares for people. You will be taken care of here!
Great experience at Coastal Carolina Internal Medicine. The staff was friendly and professional. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I felt comfortable in the clean and well-maintained waiting area. PA Barber was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to thoroughly explain my condition and recommended treatment plan. I appreciate how she answered all of my questions with patience and made me feel at ease. The PAC.was friendly and easy to talk to. She listened to my concerns and addressed them in a professional manner. The clinic was very clean and pretty much seen at my appointment time.
From check in to check out, the staff provide excellent customer service. The medical team makes me feel both heard and seen. I’m very grateful to be a patient for 5 or more years.
Whenever I am not feeling my best I give Coastal Carolina Internal Medicine PA staff a call and if they have a slot opened for my provider I am usually seen that day. From the front end to the back medical staff they are all very professional and polite. Love this medical team.
