Have a scheduled appointment for 3pm. Told to arrive at 2:45 for check in. Got here at 2:40pm. Sat for 2 hours still not seen. Staff informed me there was still someone else ahead of me. After today, will be finding someone else. I just dont get how providers think their time is more valuable than others. This is ridiculous to double and triple booking. Wish I had read the reviews before choosing this provider. Got a refund and going somewhere else.

I’ve never had an appointment that I didn’t sit in the waiting room for at least half an hour. That was to see an NP. I had an appointment to see a doctor today to discuss the results of my CT scan and I sat in the waiting room for 55 minutes and then another 15 minutes in the exam room. That gave me plenty of time to get mad about a surprise cost of $400 for them to spend 2 minutes sticking a camarera in my nose on a previous visit. Be a good place to hire someone who will answer phone!!!!! Can’t make an appointment if the front office just sits there and ignores phone ringing and no they aren’t that busy

My appt was at 3:00 they took me in the room and I sat there and waited until 5:30. They forgot I was there and closed the whole building and there was 2 ppl left the doctor and a nurse. I told them I was not leaving until they checked me out. The doc asked Wht I was allergic to then proceeded to prescribe to me the meds I was allergic to. If the guy at my pharmacy wouldn’t have told me I would have came home and taken it and only god knows what would have happened to me.
