We started 3Aug contacting Coastal Carolina Carpet and Tile. They quickly scheduled an appointment to measure, arrived as scheduled and was pleasant. They advised us the we'd get the estimate that day or by the next. I was surprised and delighted at the quick response and service sadly that's where it ended. Two weeks later I heard from no one and start calling and emailed them. On the phone they advised they didn't have a price for one item and that was the hold up. Fabulous. We started with Home Depot but were disgusted with their customer service - then we found Carolina Carpet and Tile. A++. They were fantastic. Customer service is top notch and the installer was great - very meticulous to be sure a perfect job. Chris even came at the end to check to sure all was good. The tile is for our beach condo outdoor porch and it is gorgeous in a diagonal pattern. They were also great with scheduling around our trips from Charlotte.
