Soap and other treatments are always full. Vacuums seem to be decent, some more powerful than others. Bays are usually clean. Haven't had issues personally with the change or air fresher dispensers. Haven't used the carpet fragrance / vacuum, so I don't know if it's good or not. Trash cans are normally empty.
As the years become a decade, it's time to close this location and do a complete REBUILD with NEW equipment. Last weekend, I stopped by for an automatic basic wash. I drove in after paying, all I got was water. I called the phone number on the front of the entrance. Through texting, the lady ( owner I am assuming ) apologized and sent me two free $18 wash codes.
