Bought a wash and followed instructions to pull into the bay, but nothing happened. Thought maybe we pulled in too far & drove around to the entrance again - the computer was still telling us to pull in, but again, nothing. Called the number & got a voicemail saying that call volume has increased and it may take awhile to get a response. We will be disputing the charge with our credit card vendor - save your money and go somewhere else!
Great value for touchless. Love it here. Quiet, clean and always stocked.
