I wish that I could write a positive 5 star review of my experience at CC Tire & Auto, but after I spent $650 to have an oil leak fixed in my truck and my truck is still leaking oil, I have to give 1 star. Now, I will say that Jarhett is very nice and knowledgeable, but the level of customer service displayed leaves MUCH to be desired. After paying for my repair and being told the truck was fixed, 'we drove the truck and checked the leak' I get home to find that it was still leaking oil. This is by far the best mechanic I've ever been too! Jarhett and the staff are super knowledgeable and I don't trust anyone else in wilmington with my car. Never been steered wrong or lied to..I refer all my friends to him and wouldn't have it any other way. Seriously the most fantastic in Wilmington. Very honest and trustworthy!
