Do not get in a hurry. These people are slow. Very slow. I’ve been sitting here waiting for over 3 hours. This is unacceptable service.
Courteous staff but having to wait around while forklift drivers take a 1.5 hour lunch break is a bummer. Wish they would have at least a skeleton crew from 11:30 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. so drivers would not be trapped and wasting precious time.
worst people to deal with . None of them want to do their jobs, from management on down. Act like it's a war truck drivers against port employees. Don't touch my weathered laying on the ground 4x4s, as if it cost them money. The freight receiver pays them for those same wood chocks and 4x4s they don't want you to use to load. How else expect to load trailer. But now the truck driver is in the middle of their B.S. What man would do another hard working man like that.
