This office gave the best care. Wish they never closed. Some of the reviews left are very shocking and think are from people discharged from dirty urines. I had been patient since 2016. Had urine every 3 months. The provider was detailed with exams. Only issue ever was with prior authorization and that was office staff and insurance. If this office reopened I would return. To all those cant get records you should have MRI, prescription and get referral from family doctor.

Never call you back and you never know when there open. Prescription always delayed and never on your day. But when you do see the doctors they are good. And this is for both Mike and Mary
This place and these two so called nurse practitioner should be horse whipped and thrown under the prison. They both rolled out of town when the dea got tight on them and rolled out leaving every single patient to fend for themselves with no paperwork or any leg to stand on finding a new doctor with absolutely no charts.
