First off, the techs and staff are professional, courteous, extremely knowledgeable and I have zero complaints there. Dr. Buchanan, while I have heard nothing but good things about his competency left a lot to be desired for me. He never read my referral leading to a wasted visit with the wrong tests being performed. I asked him numerous times if what he was saying would be written down because I have bad hearing and a horrible memory.
