I have been trying for months to get in contact with Dr. Hashmi’s office for a POTS evaluation and consultation. The process has been incredibly frustrating, but the worst part was the receptionist. He argued with me on the phone for nearly 8 minutes, refused to transfer me when I asked, and was outright verbally abusive before finally sending me to the MA’s voicemail. On June 9, 2025, I arrived at 1:40 PM for a 2:00 PM appointment at my cardiology office. The front desk informed me the nurse practitioner was out and that someone should have contacted me, which did not happen. This lack of communication is unacceptable, and the office needs to improve patient notifications. I was offered a 9:00 AM appointment the next day, but I’m unavailable due to work, so they scheduled me for late July. This delay is unfortunate and inconvenient.

I can never get a call back. Cant get a hold of anyone to refill a prescription. Sad

Multiple calls made and messages left to get in to see a cardiologist, no return calls. Urgent Care told me if they were not returning my calls, I would need to go to ER (although it was not technically an emergency)to get their attention. I did get in soon after my ER visit, but now I have and ER bill of $3,680 (after insurance) which could have been avoided had I gotten a return call after multiple calls over a couple of months. I'm stuck with this large bill and received a verbal apology. No accountability and seemingly n... read more
