I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at Coastal Caravans. On January 30th, I called to explain a few problems that needed fixing with our new Bushwakka van that we purchased in Queensland late 2024. The service manager said he would discuss internally to see when I could drop it off for a quote and promised to call me back in a few hours.
