Just needed a quick repair / fault finding on our new caravan. Great service experience.
IF I COULD GIVE THEM NO STARS I WOULD. DO NOT GO HERE! They are dishonest and lie about what they do. Put items on receipt that they never completed and then change story when you call them out on their lies & want a refund. 20 different excuses given but no apology. The words " it's your word against mine" was all we got. ABSOLUTE CON MEN! NO WONDER THEY HAD TO MOVE TO DODGY PREMISES, THEY CLEARLY SCREW OVER ALL THEIR CUSTOMERS AND CAN'T AFFORD A BETTER LOCATION.
The owner/staff went above and beyond to fix our Dometic Caravan hot water system. They were friendly and prompt with their service. They are a Dometic agent, and I would recommend them to anyone. We have two others in the Newcastle area where we live, but due to previous experiences, we travelled down to have this business resolve our issue. I have read reviews in relation to a business with a similar name that sold caravans. This is not the same place.
