We had never rented a storage unit and James was so helpful! He provided great customer service - patient, informative, and made sure we were comfortable with entry, exit, and assigned us an easily accessible unit. We highly recommend James and his company for a professional and seamless experience!
We rented a lovely storage unit from Coastal Carolina Storage. The unit was clean and smelled fresh, well lit and no signs of water leak, rodents or bugs. The rental agent James was kind, patient and extremely helpful. I can't say enough how easy and awesome the experience was. We will use them for this storage need and most certainly again in the future. We'll recommend to others -- did I say that James was awesome! He was.
James is the man. Good dude and manages the place nicely.
