Coastal Built Construction, is the only construction company I will call in Wilmington. Not only are they trustworthy but John carries the best contractors in the area (by far). Oh, and he lives here, knows the market, and understands what will make our project successful. Honestly, you only call someone else if they're not available. I'd give them 6-stars if it was an option! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
They took an unfinished attic and turned it into a beautiful room. Workers were polite and considerate? Details were attended too and the process was painless. We felt the price was fair and couldn’t be happier with the results
Coastal Construction is finishing our bonus room and so far have completed insulation and drywall. Subcontractors have arrived at scheduled times, and all work has been completed to specification. In addition, all workers have been courteous and cleaned the room before leaving for the day. Pleased with work so far and contracted for painting and trim work to be completed. .
John is a true master at his craft. I was referred over to him and it was the best decision I made. He does top quality work, is fair, and keeps his word. He turned my detached garage into a 2 bedroom 2 bath 1,100sf home and it was completely stress free. I’m in construction so I have high standards and John exceeded them all! I wouldn’t use anyone else on my properties in Wilmington
