We very much appreciate CB Limo Service as their drivers are always prompt, helpful, personable, and very professional. The prices are very competitive also. We have used their service several times and they are really top notch, and are a model for the way an American business should conduct itself. What ever you do, DON'T GIVE THESE GUYS YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER! I contacted them a month ago to get a limo for my wedding. I asked the manager over the phone if they charge a mandatory gratuity. He said no we don't but it's recommended to give the driver a tip after the completion of the service. So I gave them my credit card number and they processed my deposit. RUN BY CROOKED RUSSIANS – AWFUL...DIRTY LIMO...BAD BAD BAD...THEY CHARGED MY CARD 150 DOLLARS WITHOUT SO MUCH AS AN EMAIL OR PHONE CALL. YOU CANNOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!! DO NOT USE THEM YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF
GREATEST LIMO SERVICE!!!!! – We booked Coastal Breeze Limousine to take us on a 8 hour long wine tasting tour. They made all of the arrangements for us. Our driver, Jesse, was not only professional, but extremely knowledgeable about the wine and the wineries they took us to. He even went out of the way to take us to a flower farm. We made it to 6 wineries plus the farm. The limo was clean and well stocked and we had a fabulous time.
Sacramento's best limo guys. At least for me :) – Back in a days I dreamed about being a driver. Bus or taxi or limo. Feeling is back after we enjoyed our limo ride with Coastal. Called few Sacramento limousine companies and somehow this company stand out. Not the price, they were 2nd on the list as expensive company. just overall feeling. And we had great time, had fun with Kace, our driver. Im telling you, i wanna drive limos again :). LOL

We called last minute expecting to be told no sorry, but instead we were told "we can have a driver there in 40 minutes" we reserved a S.U.V. limousine, the driver was great and the vehicle was clean and very accommodating. Nice guys, 2 thumbs up for their service – Saw one of their limos at gas station and just started talking. End up using them for b-lorette party and wedding for my sister. Impressed with their service, and our driver Matt was awesome! Many thumbs up, will help my sis to create wedding blog and will say all the nice thing about those guys there too.
On time but got lost. – Car was clean inside but the exterior was dirty. Driver was on-time but got lost leaving our local then couldn't find the way around the traffic. We made it to the airport on time just a little stressed.

Thank you for using our services. We are not a taxi company and we do rely on our customers sometimes to learn shortcuts. Then there is no traffic at 5 AM and as for limo being dirty outside - well, we should do a better job, but it is hard to keep it clean when car is on 24/7 run. We will never send limo like that, but happens sometimes on really busy days, sorry
