I rarely leave negative reviews, but after spending $577 at Coastal Blondes and then being made to feel responsible for an unsatisfactory result, I feel compelled to share my experience. I attended the salon wanting two things: my greys covered and my extensions blended seamlessly with my natural hair. Instead, I left with a very obvious dark stripe of regrowth through the middle of my head. Sunnie was lovely, very helpful, discussed my toner colour with another hairdresser and I love the freshened up colour and my blow dry and straighten was perfect, thank you. I will definitely be booking my next colour appt with her.
I’m very happy with my stylist Cameron. She was very competent, efficient and understood what I wanted and delivered exactly that. I have received multiple compliments in the days since my appointment. I thought all the girls were welcoming, polite and I really enjoyed my experience. I’m looking forward to my next appointment!
