Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with Heidi at the salon. I asked for a root match and ended up with a color that was 3 shades darker than my roots. I was given a medium brown, when my roots were dirty blonde. Additionally, I asked for a trim and light layering and received a super choppy and uneven cut. My hair looked like it had a long bob and a mid back length cut all in one. I got this service a month ago, and thought I could make it work and the color would lighten. Let me just say that if I lived here in NC this would be my salon. I came in the day BEFORE THANKSGIVING with a true hair emergency - a nice aunt allowing her niece to dye her hair.. I came in distraught and Heidi immediately got me in her chair and fixed my hair and reassured me the whole time that we would never know a disaster occurred. I’m boy was she right!
