First of all, I made the reservation online for two umbrella delivery. Then they left me a message and said they need to charge me $30 extra because the truck has already left (which I did not agree). When I got home, I saw two huge umbrellas at my door. One of them has no way to fold to fit into any car (I have a huge suv). How do you assume any customers go to beach with this heavy umbrella? Was bummed there was no option for zero stars worst customer service very unprofessional services and products not as described thought I was doing the right thing ordering ahead for our vacation but products never showed up when said they would and when I called they did not want to give me my money back in process of disputing charges
Stay far away from this place overpriced and god forbid you have an issue they have the worst customer service stay away
Stay as far away as possible worse customer service ever. Called today to find out when the chairs were coming and were told around 5pm perfect beach time thanks! the girl was so rude and hung up on me 2x bc she didn’t want to deal with me and then refused to answer the phone. I’m staying for a week and telling everyone I know to never rent from this place ever also they don’t do refunds if they don’t drop off your rental due to their policies. STAY FAR AWAY
Ultimately, we got a crib for the baby so they get at least 2 stars, but a few things were problematic: 1. The crib was delivered on time, but the mattress didn't come with it. Thankfully, I arrived at the beach ~15 minutes before they closed and was able to have it delivered that evening. They said they had "new drivers". 2. Crib and mattress were old and heavily used.
