Really disappointed. I had been going to this garage for years. The shop is now struggling. They have lost many of their long term employees. I needed an oil change and shift cable replaced on my Jeep. The technician working on my vehicle broke the 4 wheel drive shift cable while trying to repair the 2 wheel drive shift cable. They did not try to make it right in the least. My options were leave with the 4 wheel drive not functioning or pay double to have another cable replaced. Great repair service. Had a mustang which I always brought here. No problems with the work performed with reasonable prices. They stay pretty busy but as long as you call first, you have an estimate as to when the car will be ready. Any issues I encountered were always resolved by the owner and managers. I would recommend coastal.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!! THEY ARE VERY UNORGANIZED, UNPROFESSIONAL AND DO NOT FIX YOUR CAR IN A TIMELY MANNER. THEY INSTALLED PARTS WRONG. THEY SAID THEY FIXED ONE THING THEN STARTED MANY PROBLEMS IN MY CAR WITH OTHER THINGS. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DON'T FIX YOUR CAR. PLEASE DON'T BE SCAMMED LIKE I WAS. THEY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS AND SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN. I ONLY SELECTED ONE STAR BECAUSE I HAD TO BUT THEY DESIRE NO STARS!!!!
I have two foreign cars that are expensive to service and repair. I have also taken them to the dealership until I was recommended to Coastal Automotive. Since then, I have only taken the cars to Coastal. Quality work for a cheaper price.
I've experience the best service, I highly recommend Coastal.
Very Unprofessional – The work done was good, but the professionalism was very poor. I witnessed a worker entering my truck with tan leather interior with grease on his hands. I recieved my truck after the work, with two grease hand prints on the hood of my truck(brand new white paint job) and a 6" collision scuff on the corner of my bumper.
