The best customer experience ever.
I cannot say enough good things about Boyd! We broke down on I-95 at 6:30 p.m. on Christmas Eve. Thank God the tow truck driver AAA sent knew Boyd and recommended him. Our A/C compressor was shot. On Xmas day Boyd came by our hotel and dropped off his wife's car so we wouldn't be stranded, then bought our family of six breakfast at Denny's. The next day he got the compressor and had us down the road that afternoon. We'll always be grateful!
Boyd is an amazing mechanic! He does high quality work at an affordable price. It’s hard to find a mechanic that you trust, but I will always bring my vehicles here from now on!!
We werewere driving through from NC and at 10 minutes after 5:00 on a Saturday our van started to break down. We called around and no where would even answer the phone , Coastal Auto Repair answered and told us to pull in and they would take a look even though they were already closed ! They stayed open almost 2 hours after closing to help us out and got our van fixed and got us back on the road! Honest guys and a great help! Thank you !
