I called for a quote on replacing my windshield which was answered by John he wanted me off the phone as soon as possible to text instead he said he just needed my vin to get a quote I didn’t get a reply that day so the next day I messaged following up he said he would get me the quote later that day, the a few days later still nothing so I messaged following up once again and still haven’t received a response I don’t understand how people like this can stay in business!
Such professional, efficient, high quality work that’s held up beautifully! Honest and a great price! Hopefully I won’t have to, but would use again in a heartbeat! Will be spreading the word!
I had a fantastic experience with coastal auto glass! I did my research calling many places in the area and John was the most patient and knew how to explain well the process of windshield replacement. He also provided a very fair price given the high quality of his service and was able to come right to my house to do the repair without me going anywhere! Their service is professional and quick. Would highly recommend to others.
Went to Belmar Blvd location today, John repaired a chip in my windshield right in my line of sight. And you cannot see the repair, great job. Thanks
