Will always be amazed at these ratings. Saw a buddy of his today at Publix 12/27/23. He asked me, Olivia, you not driving the '02 Mustang anymore? ALERT!! Last time had it in Troys shop, he had it in there for 5 weeks. Called and called. NEVER answered his cell. Finally, 5 weeks later, his lackey drove it into my yard. NO NOTICE. I know this review will not matter. I am a 73 year old senior with a 2001 mustang. Toed it in on 8/27/22. I have taken my car in before and was so kind to give me a discount for CASH. Told Troy it might be the fuel pump since it was replaced before and had the same symptoms. It was difficult to get a hold of progress on my car. Always straight voice mail. Coastal Auto was recommended by a number of friends. Troy is a good customer at my small business, so I thought I should return in kind. I drive by Coastal several times a week and they are always busy, but I decided to call when I had a bit of an emergency. He took me as soon as I could get a tow, checked the car over for a long road trip, made the necessary repairs (and no unnecessary ones), and was finished by the afternoon.
