If there was a "ZERO" it would be the rating this company should have. I have never experienced a more inept incapable company in my life. The customer service is "non-existent". They almost never answer the phone or "Hang up" on you when you're asking questions about your hearing aids or their service. I WOULD NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE FOR HEARING AIDS !!!!
