Does not call back after stating they would. Have been trying to schedule an appointment with an approved referral from Tricare but hasn’t been done. Phones not turned on past 8:30, hours starts at 8:30; talked to a live agent finally past 9:00. COVID is not an excuse for inadequate and optimal customer service.

I wish I could rate this place with 0 stars. I went in at 1 o clock when my paperwork said my appointment was. I called in the morning to confirm my appointment and when I showed up at there wasn't anyone at the window. I proceeded to knock on the door for 20 minutes Dr Fraser came out and very rudely asked me what I was there for. I explained my appointment was at 1 pm and he just began fighting with me about it and said I needed to reschedule. Dr Fraser has been my doctor since 1996. So fortunate to have had him as my doc for so long. He works with me to provide the care I need, never talks down to me , and listens to what I have to say. He treats his patients with respect. It doesn’t get any better than that!
I am always greeted with a smile and a cheerie hello. Dr. Fraser listens to what I say and is genuinely interested in my well being,
Have been seeing this doctor for several months now and have nothing but good things to say. The staff is very kind and professional and make you feel welcome. Dr Fraser takes his time with me and listens to all of my concerns and addressss them accordingly. I will continue to see him while we live here, and would recommend him to other patients.
