Highly skilled, honest, affordable, and reliable. All my family members have relied on Mark for appliance repair needs for the past 8 years. We recently had an issue with our dryer. I do not think anyone else could have fixed the issue we had, not to mention it was a pleasure working with Mark, as always. See you soon for our stove, which only cooks on boiling hot now! After getting ripped off by another local appliance repair company, I contacted Mark, who was referred to me by a friend. He was able to get out quickly, and fix both my oven and dryer. He was courteous and knowledgeable, and both of my appliances are running perfectly now! :)

Very impressed with this company and Mark's (owner) expertise. Ours was a freezer issue and he scheduled us in less than 24 hours. He promptly diagnosed the issue and explained it well. He takes pride in his work and his customer service/satisfaction. We will use his service again for all of our appliances.

My in laws have used Mark a few times for fridge repair so when we started having an issue, we immediately called. He was responsive, was able to schedule us, and was quick to identify/fix the problem! His expertise and quality work far exceeded our expectations. Mark was amazing provided amazing customer service! we highly recommend him!

Great communication and response time! Friendly, professional, affordable! Mark came out early on a Saturday to repair my dryer, so I would not be without any longer than possible. I would encourage everyone to call Mark at Coastal for appliance service!
