We are a full-service, small animal veterinary facility. We have 3 full-time doctors on staff. To provide better customer service to our patients and clients, we stay open until 8 pm Monday through Friday and are open for veterinary appointments Saturday 9 am - 5 pm and Sunday 1 pm - 5 pm. How in the world can this place have such a high rating? They are terrible. I pity the poor office staff. I had to wait 6 months for an appointment for dental care for one of my dogs and she had an ongoing infection. We refused to see one of the young female vets as she misdiagnosed one of our dogs. Another one of my dogs had a strange cough and they refused to see her. Blew me right off and said to go to emergency care. Three weeks later we got a letter saying they are going to limit their pet care and we were not included.... read more

Staff is friendly and accommodating. Appts. are on time. Clean!!! Pet Club Membership almost a no-brainer to join. Prompt at returning calls. Dr. Wally always accessible which is comforting when one has concerns. Give them a try---You'll be happy!
