Dr Hicks is amazing and kind. Last week I had to have my 15-year-old Pitbull put down. Her and her staff are very compassionate and caring. I wouldn't have let anyone else do it but her.
We were in Hatteras on vacation when our Boykin Spaniel started to get an ear infection. They got us in and prescribed drops for our pup's ears. Started working 1st dose. Fantastic friendly and professional staff. Thank you so much
If zero stars could be given to give a review, thats what I would give this worthless vet. She let my dog go all summer with a severe UTI and treated her for incontinence because in her words "if it was her dog,thats what she would do". It wasn't until I got my dog to a real vet and after 3 antibiotic treatments and a booster shot she finally has gotten better. Do yourself and your pet a favor...venture off the island and find a real vet. This one needs to be shown the door.
People are really nice and courteous. Was able to get an appointment quite rapidly. Small business, look like a nice family own business.
