Dr. David Burgess was an absolute star at my surgery on 2nd December, especially because I was a highly nervous patient.
$954 for twilight anaesthesia. I just received a call from the practice and because I have international private insurance they admitted that they increase their rates ‘because I get the full amount back’. When I told the rude receptionist that she had no idea what my policy provided and that this was unconscionable behaviour she raised her voice and said ‘oh there is one in every crowd’. Dr Geneva Sportsman was my sons anaesthetist yesterday for his surgery (3yo) she was absolutely phenomenal! Telling an interactive story about a train during his put to sleep process! She explained everything so well and made my 3yo feel comfortable and happy. So greatful for our positive experience with Dr Sportsman.
Dr Riaz Hooshmand is a brilliant Anaesthetist but also a wonderful human being who helped me through one of the most difficult times of my life! There aren't enough stars or words to express my thoughts and my gratitude to him for his kindness encouragement and caring thoughtful nature! Dr David Tragen took great care of my daughter during her surgery, and was lovely to deal with. I highly recommend him.
