Rob at coastal aire is great, very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend these products to anyone.
Rob was very friendly. enthusiastic, and knowledgeable (or at least well prepared/studied, lol)! The equipment seems very well built and is mostly American made (I believe he said some filter media is from Canada... close enough). The machine picked up an insane amount of dirt. It was a bit impressive seeing as how the carpet was just vacuumed with our Dyson. The build quality does drive the price up a bit but that's kind of to be expected.
