Would not recommend Liz Todd as an agent. Bought a house with her as the agent this past year. Should have been an easy process, however, Liz Todd made it confusing and difficult to finalise. I'm not sure if it was due to dishonesty or incompetence. It was not a good experience. Will not be selling our house through Liz Todd when we sell in the future.
